Lausitz, Germany – All set to face an adrenaline loaded weekend is the Mexican driver Esteban Manuel Gutierrez Gutierrez, who drives for the French team ART Grand Prix, and who will participate in the third and fourth races of this year’s F3 Euroseries season.
The event will take place at the Lausitz EuroSpeedway, located about 137 kilometer from Berlin, where the young driver of car #23 will seek to put the name of his country Mexico on the top by applying what he learned on the first two races.
“The weekend will be very interesting as I get better used to the car and my physical preparation improves as well. I will continue adapting to the car and am looking forward to know the Lausitz track, in which I have never driven before.
The good thing is I am getting more experienced and all I can learn will be of help for my career”.
“I hope I can bring good news by giving my best and believing that things will continue to improve”, said Esteban Gutierrez.
After the first two events at Hockenheim, Germany, the driver from Monterrey, Mexico, got out with a valuable learning, since, even though he did not finish the second race because of a contact with another car on the second turn of the first lap, Esteban did a great start and overtook about 3 to 5 cars.
Gutierrez did 15 laps which he used for testing, and even with a damaged suspension he was able to clock some good times that made evident his progress in this series.
Esteban Gutierrez thanks his sponsors Multigama, DeAcero, Telmex, Alpinestars, and Bell for their support to make this project become a reality.
Also, the young driver thanks Telmex for getting involved in the mission of bringing Mexico back to the first pages of world class motorsports.
Starting this weekend, Formula 3 Euroseries will be broadcasted by Multimedios TV of Monterrey and other cities of the same region. We want to thank the support of the Formula 3 Euroseries and Multimedios Television for making this possible.
Esteban has become the first Mexican driver who participates in the European series, and Multimedios TV is now the first Mexican broadcaster that will air the F3 Euroseries events in its seventh year of existance. Both Esteban and Multimedios are first to bring world attention to the Mexican motorsports scenario.
