Esteban Gutierrez

Nogaro, France – Young Mexican driver Esteban Manuel Gutierrez Gutierrez from the French team ART Grand Prix, joined his teammates today at the Circuit Paul Armagnac in order to continue their intense preseason preparation. Unlike the two previous official trainings, where all the teams and drivers were present, this was a private training where Gutierrez continued familiarizing with the car on a track he did not know. This is the beginning of a new learning stage for him, where Esteban - with all his dedication and professionalism - will continue to give his best in pursuit of more success.

No official times were registered during the two days of private training.

Gutierrez will travel back to Mexico to spend a few days with his family but his physical training will continue, as it will be very important when the season begins at the historic track of the HockenheimRing, the 4.574km long circuit that opened its doors in 1932 and which layout was renewed in 2002. More than 120,000 fans will witness the start of the new season of the Formula 3 Euroseries, where the future Formula 1 stars are racing today.

"These were two very productive days and we were able to continue with our program. Getting used to the F3 car has been a little difficult because I´ve been training on tracks that were unknown to me. All of this has given me more experience and in spite of the difficulties we will continue to work with a positive approach, focused on improving as the season progresses. The start of the season is just a few days away and we will use them to focus on our physical and mental preparation to be ready for my first Formula 3 Euroseries race", commented Esteban Gutierrez.
