After rounds 15 and 16 of the 2009 Formula 3 Euroseries calendar, Mexican driver Esteban Manuel Gutierrez Gutierrez traveled to Nogaro, France, where he and his French team ART Grand Prix participated in a private test.
For two days the young talented driver and his teammates were at the Paul Armagnac circuit, where they tested different technical aspects of the car and had the chance to drive without the pressure of an official race.
This training was a preparation for the last two double-race events that are left in the series calendar, in which the Mexican has learned and experienced valuable lessons.
Esteban is now in Monterrey, Mexico, until next Thursday, October 1st, when he will return to Europe joined by his mother, Clara Gutierrez.
Esteban will see action again on October 6th, in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, where he will test a GP2 car property of his team, ART Grand Prix. This will reinforce his preparation for the Formula One car test, which will take place on December 1-3, in the same Spanish city.
Rounds 17 and 18 of the 2009 Formula 3 Euroseries will be held in Dijon, France, where the Mexican driver will seek to move up the drivers’ standings, where he is now ninth, with 20 points.
Esteban thanks his sponsors Multigama, DeAcero, Telmex, Alpinestars, and Bell for supporting him on this stage of his career.
